Yummitori is a hawker stall serving Japanese fusion grilled skewers, at Lao Pa Sat. As the new kid on the block who's surrounded by seasoned stalls, relying on organic foot traffic alone isn't sufficient so we turned to social media marketing. The digital marketing strategy we developed for Yummitori involves using Facebook and creating promotional content, targeting professionals working in the vicinity. To utilise the kitchen efficiently during non-peak hours, particularly between lunch and dinner hours, we also counselled Yummitori to offer delivery service by structuring the online mechanics for hungry customers to place their orders easily.
