To promote Naturel’s organic brown rice, the idea of organizing a bento workshop featuring the brand's products was approved by our client. We planned and produced the workshop by posting original content specially created for the brand's Facebook page, appropriated front-end marketing such as creative direction of visuals and social media outreach, and managing back-end logistics (procurement of venue, contacting the featured personality, sourcing a video crew to record the event), and budgeting. Tickets were purchased via a customized online platform which facilitated event registration at the same time and the event was successfully sold out.
This workshop effectively raised the brand's visibility and product awareness. Naturel's Facebook page followers increased as a direct result of this workshop and this event is now a recurring annual program to ensure continued consumer engagement.
